Update-Green Coffee Bean Extract

After taking 800mg before breakfast and lunch, I have found myself feeling much less hungry, but to be absolutely fair, I've also had a nasty URI, which has definitely curtailed my appetite, I admit. One of the acknowledged benefits of this nutrient is helping to establish a lowered blood pressure and more stable blood sugar, and both these things seem to be happening. I have lost about seven pounds over two weeks. All in all, FOR ME it is worth continuing. I have been eating extra nourishing foods and foregoing all white food, and feeling very well for it.
