I hope some of you great posters can help me. For the last severl months I have been experiencing a great deal of unexplained anxiety. It is a feeling in the pit of my stomach like something bad is going to happen or that feeling you get when you're told bad news. I don't know why this is happening to me. I have no issues going on right now, everything is ok in my life. It's driving me crazy. Today is terrible. From the time I woke up I have this awful feeling, it won't go away and I don't know what's causing it. The Dr. gave me and Rx for Lorazepam 1 mg. 3x a day but I don't take it regularly, only when I can't stand it and never 3 in one day. Anyone else ever get this way? Will I get addicted to this if I do take it 3 times a day? Am I going nuts? Help!!
