Tracy Anderson Metamorphasis

Well, I just got her abcentrics DVD's. I read the pamphlets and Tracy Anderson says you must follow her diet or she can't guarantee results. I think her diet is gross and wouldn't eat that food, I am sticking to salads and grilled chicken.

Has anyone else done the dvd's and diet?

I'm praying this works for me. I can't seem to lose this 40 pounds.
