ironically I lost my balance during a tai chi class for seniors, nearly fell but was able to make it to a chair. The class is supposed to improve balance and help prevent falls. My problem was getting dizzy and light headed. Low BP. When I got home I took my BP it was 109/49. Can only imagine what it was during class  not sure if i should go back

Check with your Doctor.  Too risky to ignore.  Falls often cause serious problems.  Stay safe!
