Time To Buy New Vitamins. Suggestions?

I finished my big bottle of vitamins today, so it is time to think about new ones.  So do you have suggestions?

I want something not high dosage, generally available, prefer USA made, not real expensive, reliable brand.  I have generally taken something like Centrum silver or One a Day women etc.  I tried Lessman's but there is too much product in them for me.

I have a very good diet but do like to make sure I'm getting everything I need.  I take 1,000 or 2,000 extra D3, and once in a while calcium extra.

Just thought I'd ask!  Thanks for suggestions.

Nature Made Multi for her 50+, if you are 50+, but they have a Multi for those under 50 years of age.  They are very reasonable and you can buy them at just about any Drugstore, Grocery store etc.  They are usually 90 Tablets and have a USP verified stamp on the bottle.  Hope this helps.

I'm currently taking One a Day Women 50+ and have also taken Centrum Silver. I like them both and thru my UHC insurance I get them free. I'm wondering if Prevagen for forgetfulness is worth trying. I keep forgetting to put it on my shopping list !! Woman Frustrated

@Sooner ... First, my PCP told me for years to always take one Caltrate a day for my bones. I'm 75 so I've taken Caltrate for probably 40 years. I've fallen a few times but just one BAD fall. Last November l tripped over a curb coming out of a drug store and fell HARD on my face!!! Had a concussion!...and had a small break in my nose. That's it for the broken bones! The ER doctor couldn't believe l just had abrasions on my knees and ankle. He said l must have fallen mainly on my face. All l know is l fell HARD! So as far as I'm concerned, the most important vitamin to take is Caltrate!!

For other vitamins I take "Nature Made" Vitamin C and multivitamin. Also take D3 like you. Nature Made or vitamins similar are usually buy one get one free at least once a month so l take advantage of that. (Unlike you l don't have a good diet.)

l wasn't able to take name brand multivitamins like One A Day. It made me itch. I stopped itching right away when l stopped taking One A Day.

Another time l fell, about 2 or 3 years ago, l was opening my back door and fell off the bottom concrete step onto more concrete and rolled over into a puddle! Didn't hurt myself at all !! The power of Caltrate!! ...knock on wood!! 🙃

I can tell you which ones not take unless you can swallow a horse pill without having to cut it in half and that would be Costco's Kirkland Mature Multi.

I'm tired of cutting them in half and once this bottle is finished, which will be very soon, we aren't buying them anymore.

I'm also taking supps for my bones b/c I have osteoporosis and I am getting EVENITY injections monthly for it. Doctor told me I need to take supps to help build new bone tissue...calcium, vit D, magnesium, vit K and also potassium which I was surprised to find out that potassium helps reduce bone loss.

I take Sentry Sr, it is a dupe for Centrum Silver for over 50. I like this one because the price is right and it contains 1000 IU D3, most contain only 500. I get it from Swanson or IHerb. This is a dupe for the Equate brand from Walmart.
