Thyroid--Multi-Nodular Goiter-Cold

Hi,

I had a cyst on my thyroid that showed up when I was having a chest CT scan done because I was having reoccuring bronchitis. They sent me for a thyroid ultrasound, which showed I had a multi nodular goiter. The doctor then sent me to have an I-123 uptake scan, which showed a cold nodule. I have to go to the doctor on Wednesday to discuss treatment options. Has anyone had this and what were the treatment options? My blood work came back normal. TIA
