This just makes me insane .....

When people complain because they have to wait at a doctors office. As an ICU nurse i can tell you why you are often sitting there waiting - because someone like me called that doctor for some insignificant thing like someone is having seizures or bleeding or has hardly any BP or any of thousands of things that are way more important than you having to wait a while. If you can't wait - reschedule and leave. The same person who complains about this will spend a hour whining at the doctor when it is her turn.
