So nothing new. Can not believe people are so desperate to lose weight. Yes watch your sugars and starchy carbs. Yes eat lots of vegetables and lean protein and good fats. Do not need a book for that. Oat bran or wheat bran has been on the market for decades. {#emotions_dlg.laugh} Eating only protein and nothing else with oat bran is so unnecessary. Just eat a healthy diet- and get up off your fat but*t and MOVE.
