I wanted to share this article that actually Mr. oceantown found recently, and he wanted me to read it because it starts off the day with lemon water, which I have been doing for probably over one year. He decided to start his day with lemon water now, most days at least. (I actually zap a mug of water (10 oz) in the microwave and add 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice. I start the day with 2 mugs of lemon water.)

Then, the second step to the day, I have also been doing for over a year. Using the ideal fat burning window, have a brisk 20 minute walk (or similar exercise) before you eat breakfast.

I was so encouraged to read these tips, and I believe these two steps to begin the day have been a real benefit to me.

The rest of the article is very helpful, and I think it is great advice. I should mention though, that I do watch sugar grams, and so when I have fruit I choose low sugar varieties and watch serving size too.... (my goal is 15 grams or less of sugar each day.) But, all in all I think this is very informative.

This article ends the day with having plenty of sleep! Also very important, I have read, for weight loss.
