Starting today I will be on this drug and have enormous fear about the horrific side effects. One thing is I can't afford to put on weight, the enormous hotflashes, ballooning and retaining water as I already have lymphodema in the legs. I am trying it out for 2-3 months, to see if I can do my tours while on it, as I need to make presentations and look decent, and can't be distracted by all those things. Also, my colleague who is on it has days where she is so exhausted that she doesn't make it out of bed.

With the city tours I give in DC I walk a good 3 miles in 4 hours and already I look like a baked tomatoe when it is as hot as last year (116 heat index one weekend, and though I'd die.)

I would be extremely thankful for any feedback. I should say that I will be taken this on a preventative basis, I am luckily not suffering from breast cancer.
