The author is Rick Carson.

It's a self help book. Has anyone read it?

I haven't read this book, but the title sure sounds familiar, @violann. Can you tell us a little more about this book?  TIA!

@BExplorer- The author describes it as "A Surprisingly Simple Method of Getting Out of Your Own Way..

I'm just starting into it, but I think it's a self help approach to figuring out what mind traps are keeping you from being a happier, more grounded person, and characterizing your bad habits as Gremlins.

The author has written three books on this theme, and they get pretty positive reviews on Amazon.

Thanks for the description @violann; it sounds interesting.  I would love to hear your thoughts on this book when you finish reading it.

I just finished what may be a similar type of book (Dying to be Me by Anita Moorjani) and started another one (The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer).  I don't know much about these types of authors, so am always looking for suggestions.  😊
