We walk in our subdivision and the route we take only a little of it is flat and straight.  There are curves and lots hills.  I don't think I could manage inclines and declines with Tai Chi at the same time.

@walkingal  I've been doing yes2next on YouTube for a few years.  I really like them especially when Mochi makes an appearance.😊

@MoJoV  That's good to know!  I just discovered them last summer.  I subscribe to their YouTube channel.  I love the web site and how April has every one of their workouts listed and categorized.  Right now I'm doing one of the 7 Day 10 minute challenges.  

 

I love the cat too!  He's a beautiful cat.  I think he came from a shelter.
