~ TOPS Weight Loss Program ~

I was just reminded today of a program that's been around for a long time that's been very successful. I had a girlfriend who lost a good bit of weight while on it about 25 years ago. It's a whole lot cheaper than W.W. I went to their website this morning and sent for more information. I don't remember too much about it except it was a healthy way to lose weight without all the pricey monthly fees and the $45 for the new Points Plus stuff from W.W. I also found that the closest meeting site is only a few blocks from my house.

Anyone have any input on this program for me?
