I agree that some of these generalizations may just barely scratch the surface ...

 

However ...

 

If something like this chart prompts someone to do some research and mention symptoms at the next MD visit, it has definitely served its purpose.

Could you clarify what the lower left box means .... does that mean confusion, too much sugar ... or something else?

I took it to mean craving sugar may indicate a need for magnesium.

Yes, it is important to share symptoms with your doctor or nurse. Otherwise, it is difficult for the health care provider to figure out what is wrong with a person.
