What a cool sheet!
That hair thing is so true. I shed more than most dogs and it's because of my anemia.
Printed to keep handy now that I am getting older.
Thanks for sharing!

I'm sure that most of the info is spot on but not the hair loss. I have had super thick and coarse hair all my life, until 20 years ago. My RA meds brought that to an end - I lost at least a third of the volume I had.

Leg cramps at night are often due to low potassium, not magnesium. Drink pickle juice.
Actually, I think a lot of those are just old wives tales.

Those are just some of the issues. There's many more causes.

Would that it were all that simple. The medical schools could close and the population could just, well, die out. But I hope that this was not a serious post.

@ThinkingOutLoud a lot of generalizations in these suggested symptoms. There are already too many Google doctors that some seem to think of as real doctors. For those way past middle age having been with their body for many decades probably know when it is time to see a Real doctor. If these help some that is good

Hi, @ThinkingOutLoud ! I agree symptoms are clues but I have a bit of a bone to pick with the extremity numbness being B12. I had numbness in hands and feet and it turned out to be carpal tunnel in the hands and too much B6 in my blood: 94 instead of less than 21. Once I quit the B6 (Centrum Silver and Hair Skin Nails supplements) the issues in my feet resolved. Took surgery to correct the carpal tunnel.
I'd always heard/thought B vitamins were water-soluble and excess was flushed out of the body but somehow my body figured out how to store it! LOL

I had a lot of achy pain especially in my legs.
I was randomly checked for my vitamin D levels and my levels were dangerously low.
I took a prescription strength of 75,000iu's for seven days, then 5000iu's every day for life. I no longer have that pain.
I am fair and stay out of the sun.
Lack of this vitamin can lead to osteoporosis and other bone disorders as well as bone pain.
If you haven't been tested, ask your doctor. This is an important vitamin.

I used to have leg cramps in the middle of the night, and my doc told me she'd bet it was because I was consuming too much caffeine.
I stopped for a while ... and they stopped.
I consume less caffeine now.
Thanks for the chart ... I took a picture of it to have on my phone in "Health".
