~ Surgery yesterday ~

Well, yesterday I had the arthroscopic surgery on my right lateral knee. Since I'd had this done about 12 years before for a torn menius, my doctor told me there would be more discomfort this time around. WOW! He wasen't kidding! He cleaned up the meniscus, injected some Synvisc, and then cleaned up the rest of the knee the inside and top part - I don't know what he found there. I'll see him this week an I'll find out more then. The last time I wouldn't take the Vicodin, but opted for Advil and did pretty good .... this time it hurts so badly that I'm taking Vicodin every 3 hoours and I don't think it's doing too much.
