My doctor told me to take Vitamin D3 years ago. He said to buy whatever is the cheapest on the shelf as they're all the same.
I don't believe they're all the same. I take AL's.

I and 46. I take a fish oil, pro biotic, multivitamin and a iron pill. I am deficient in iron due to s auto immune disease. I have no idea if the probiotics do anything but they can’t huet. My parents in their sixties take a fish oil and a multivitamin.

I have never heard of the supplement you asked about.
That is why I said Check with your Dr. Which I did before taking the vits I take. The bloodwork that is, and after to see if they work.

Absolutely none, unless your doctor recommends them! My doc hates them. If you eat properly, you shouldn't need them. You'll just waste money making expensive pee.

In my 20’s, an eyeopening article in Prevention magazine formed a lasting opinion that vitamins and supplements are simply a lot money down the toilet.
Eating a variety of foods provides the vitamins and minerals needed daily. You only need 60-90 mg of vitamin c daily, which can be found within a quality brand of multi-vitamin.
I think people do more more harm than good to their bodies thru unnecessary vitamins and supplements.

Check with your DR. But at almost 83, I take Andrew Lessman essential 1 and many of his vits. I feel good. His have no fillers, no .Coloring, no additives, made fresh. No stomach upset. Go to his site either on HSN OR PRO CAPS AND READ REVIEWS.
I've been taking Andrew Lessman vitamins for almost 30 years. They are exceptional. Most doctors hate vitamins and don't recommend them. I choose to take them. I just answered another post yesterday about people in my office getting sick 2, 3 and 4x a year. Colds, flu, and all sorts of things travel around an office. I just keep taking my AL vits. I take the Essential One Multi, but I would NEVER be without his IMMUNE FACTORS, ULTIMATE FLORA (the probiotic), I also take a number of other things that he produces. Ultimate Eye is one of them.

My husband, myself and my boys rotate with Aztaxanthin and Turmeric for a good antioxidant. One of my sons has eye damage from a concussion and the Aztaxanthin is good for your eyes too. It has helped my teenage boys skin too as both of these are anti-inflammatory. We actually use Gaia turmeric for pain instead of ever taking any ibuprofen. Just be careful to get a reputable brand. I get a lot of my natural medicine info from Dr. Mercola.. Years ago, I was so sick and regular doctors couldn’t figure it out. I went to his clinic and it saved my life. One of my son’s has his health due to him too.
Everyone also regularlly take probiotics, fish oil, vitamin D3 with K2 (we live in WI), and magnesium. My husband and I also take Ubiquinol. I take iron as I am low and get my level checked regularly. Once a year, we do get our vitamin D levels checked, but they are almost always still a bit lower than our doctor would like. Seems like when you live in the north, you need to supplement vitamin D as we aren’t making it most of the year. This is just what our family does.

Doctors are not big into supplements. They push the big pharma. I visit a Naturopathic doctor who will suggest vitamins.

Only take what my blood workups say I need. For me that is my monthly B12 shot/2,800mg. Fish Oil and 4,000mg of Vitamin D. Not familiar with the 1 you mentioned.
