Check with your DR. But at almost 83,  I take Andrew Lessman essential 1 and many of his vits.  I feel good.  His have no fillers, no .Coloring, no additives, made fresh.  No stomach upset.  Go to his site either on HSN OR PRO CAPS AND READ REVIEWS.

Personally, I would have blood work done first before taking any sort of supplement except maybe a multi vitamin.  I don't quite understand those who take several different supplements for no specific reason.  I think OTC self medication can be dangerous.

I have never heard of the supplement you asked about.

Go to your doctor & get a blood test to see if you are

deficient in anything. If you are, eat the whole food to

replace your levels.  No reason to waste money &

tax your liver processing unneeded supplements.

My suggestion is to only take supplements if blood tests show you are deficient.

Giving your body something it does not need is not helping you in any way.   You are stressing your liver and kidneys to break down these additional supplements to rid those useless chemicals from the body.

Self-prescribing supplements can be dangerous.  One of my aunts really messed up her body's chemistry.

Be careful ... know what you are getting yourself into.

@goldensrbest Take ONLY what is recommended by YOUR doctor and not by a bunch of strangers who don't know your medical history.

Based on blood work done over time by my treating doc and my oncologist, I take certain things that are extremely benenficial to ME.

No one should take "stuff" without blood work being done and discussing with one's doctor.

I never take any kind of supplement unless my doctor okays it.  As we get older our bodies don't always process vitamins and such as they did when we were younger.  I take a multi-vitamin and that is all she says I need.
