1) increase ATP

Anybody who has a product that they believe in are welcome to answer what they know about this topic.
Thank you for any/all replies🧡🧡

That's a tall order. I would consult a Dr, or even a pharmacist, who isn't trying to sell you something, and see what they say.
People will make all kinds of claims ,especially on the net

@LTT1 Interesting, because it is thought that certain medications may be a contributing factor. MD is a catch all phrase and apparently can be ameliorated by lifestyle: most significantly by diet (anti inflammatory) and controlling stress. Take a look at Dr. Axe he has a short informational article on MD....you most likely are already aware of this information. I would be highly suspect if an MD told me there is a magic pill.....as usual, lifestyle is critical.

Ask Dr Andrew Weil, he is the expert on homeopathic meds.

Taking Co Q 10 in the form of Ubiquinol would help for the first two categories.

1) Plants/Produce: increase ATP
2) Plants/Produce: repair mitochondrial damage
3) Plants/Produce: create/repair DNA
4) Plants/Produce: increase immunity
The ‘product’ I believe in is in the Produce Section of the grocery store.
So Simple.
So Cheap.
So Available.
So Effective.
Just Google the key word with ‘plant diet’ and your answer is there.
i.e. ATP plant diet, repair DNA plant diet, etc.
I realize eating a head of romaine lettuce lettuce isn’t as sexy as a
$30 bottle of pills w/ pretty packaging & made w/ an ingredient
which can only be harvested from Mt. Everest every other Tuesday,
but at the end of the day, it’s the food.
Always has been; always will be.

HELLO~!
Answer to your question(s) is >no.
However, by starting very early, taking at least a daily MINERALs with VITAMINs is almost necessary, unless you have steady A1 diet> prepared by a nutritionist ( and most of us do not), then a Vitamin D3 /w/ Calcium {{for absorption}} is, to me, the most important 1st supplement.
Nutrition classes (varies) was/ were the most difficult understanding during nursing school. Most had to retry a third and fourth time.
I certainly do 'believe' in Preventative ( Common Sense) diet when it comes to quality foods, though.
Note of interest: I have been (entire family) taking a complete daily discipline of vitamins and minerals beginning at age 4.
When taking statins, though, CoQ10 has been proved to not destroy cells from side effects. There is nothing that I know of, or have read relating to what you have asked.
BUT! I do believe that some of us are hereditaryLY _blessed_ with certain dna 'agents' that slows down the aging process, along with exercise, daily.
My dad walked 16 miles a day and never had to go to any doctor until he had an accident, then died from sepsis from being in the hospital 2 weeks.
Hope this helps some.
I, personally take several different supplements for what I believe-:: to keep me from the fast age of DECAY. It Happens!
Medical students are VERY poor in knowing much about nutrition.
`It used to be a required subject of only TWO hours. Most physicians rely on the advice of a Dietitian.
Thank you for the thought of starting a Wellness forum. I'll be very happy to contribute.
*I absolutely (my husband, also) take a Maximum Joint -1500mg /Glucosamine Sulfate with 1200mg Chondroitin sulfate- MSM + Curcumin. If I miss 3 days it affects my agility and gait. Omega 3 is a plus (for my heart health)*
I have never abused my body in any way: Diet is extremely a priority with me. I have my husband on what I take; 15 years this month.
Our son has followed what he was given as a child and does gym activities Xs 3 a week.
I do very little walking, though. My husband is as active as he was when he was in his 20s. No sugars, salts or junk food.
Absolutely zero smoking.

The next thingyou know you will be asking someone to recite the Krebs cycle .lol
I do not think anything can repair DNA except maybe stem cells.
Gineng can give you energy and so can Gaba . Anything that involves icreasing energy can contribute to increasing ATP .Ginseng and milk thistle can contribute to helping imI don't thik there are many supplements .if any that can repair mitochondrial damage except milk thistle which repairs liver cells . cathy from mamunity , Ginseng is an adaptogen and is pretty safea and so is Milk Thistle . It would take a PHD , dissertation to answer your quweastions , The Krebs cycle is the secret of energy .
cathy from ma

Speaking of ATP Production and Plants, I can't wait to see James Cameron's.upcoming film 'The Game Changers'.
Athletes, Speical Ops, Military, and other highly physically functional individuals who have embraced WFPB.
I keep reading little bits and pieces about it and it sounds like an absolute MUST SEE!

Hi @NAES1
As an avid runner in the past, including two 26.2 mile Marathons, and also one that has walked hundreds(if not over 1,000 miles, it is hard for me to believe your comment about your father.
Competitive Race Walkers? Probably 16 miles per day, maybe more when working towards a peak for a competition. But walking 112 miles per week, when even Olympic Marathon Runners don't even put up that mileage is a big question mark for me.
Even at a fast pace for me, 5'8" short 30" inseam legs, 4mph that would be 4 hours each day. Now I have trained many times over 2 hours per day(currently around 90-120 minutes) on some days. I don't recall, other than running those two 26.2 mile Marathons, spending 4 hours exercising, be it walking/running/total upper and lower body resistance training, plus stretching, would total 4 hours a day.
Many of my co-workers felt they walked 10 miles a day on our machine job. While the machines were 20 yards long, 10 miles? Took a pedometer to work and got volunteers that felt they honestly walked that far. Results? Longest one out of 5, excluding myself? It was .76 of a mile.
Invited all of them to go on a 5 mile walk with me to give them an idea of what that entails, not a single taker of my invite, surprise to me? Nope!
While your father certainly took good care of his body, and I know that is not easy to do for many men, thought I would question that comment. This is "just my opinion".
Best to you,
hckynut
