Which is better for weightloss the Soy or Whey Protein?

Stick with whey protein. It helps build muscle, it's easy to digest and contains the amino acids that help build gutathione, the master antioxidant found in every cell. Soy now is 90 per cent genetically modified and contains phytic acid which blocks absorption of minerals.
The one I take is the Jay Robb brand. It's lactose free with no artificial sweeteners. I personally stay away from anything with soy like protein bars or milk.

I agree with piperbay completely about using whey protein. Soy is bad stuff, most is genetically modified.
