Oh my gosh @goldensrbest , thanks for posting. Both my husband and I are baffled why we have gotten these sores in our nose for the past couple years. Never had them before. And ouch, sometimes I can't even touch the outside of my nose or the pain is bad enough my eyes water.

What is up with them? I don't get why we are getting them now. Thanks for the info, we'll have to give it a try.

@cjm61   It is really dry here in Colorado so sometimes I think skin issues arise because of lack of humidity.

I use neosporin when there is an issue, clears it up right away.

I have had a tiny pimple a few times, but never anything more than that.  I always figured it was a little hair root that got infected some how.

I once asked my dr. about what would help when I get a sore cracked place inside my nose & she recommended taking a little Bacitracin ointment & swabbing it up there.  It works pretty well, so I always keep a tube on hand.

Boreleum and Ponaris 2x a day recommended by ENT md. Plus a lidocaine mixture Rx 1x a day via q tip.
