I love the Atkins and Andrew Lessman Secure. Good luck on your journey!

I just eat chocolate with sugar. We both like dark chocolate so that's what we buy.
I wouldn't eat Atkins or any other product with artificial sweeteners. Not eating Maltitol or erythritol etc. I think we are probably better off eating sugar vs the artificial stuff?

Lots of good suggestions...........second the pudding cups. For salty, I often purchase a bag of roasted chick peas.
What about chocolate hummus?

Avocado pudding
Blend two ripe avocados with a few tablespoons of honey, unsweet almond milk, and unsweet cocoa powder in a blender. I like mine chilled.

Don't substitute a bad habit just don't bring the food in the house! You will save money and do your body good by not eating junk. Get out and take a walk instead.

I don't have much in the way of suggestions but I am kind of in the same boat as you! I just recently started to try and modify my diet (again) to try and lose a few lbs. My problem was or still is, that I was snacking every day between breakfast and dinner and especially after my last meal of the day. And my choices have been really bad. Pretty much all chocolate candy and cookies! I tried eating dark chocolate but I don't like it at all!!!
So, now, I have decided to try the approach of NO snacking between meals. I do better eating a bit more at my regular meals and perhaps for you, maybe you could schedule your last meal of the day a little later so you don't have to wait so long until breakfast the next day!
I know this probably won't help but do you like gummy bears? It's all sugar and I realize this is not ideal, but maybe if you eat a handful of these, it will temporarily help your sweet tooth.
If you absolutely can't stand the thought of no chocolate at all, there are some very good pudding cups on the market that are sugar free and have not many calories in them.
Good luck! I find that the first week of trying to modify one's eating is always pretty rough, but if you just stick with it, it does get easier.

A few weeks ago, I started putting these cherry preserves and a dollop of butter in my oatmeal. It's SO GOOD.

@matty liz - How about a few celery stalks with some low-sugar or no sugar added peanut butter smeared on them?
