Re: Sleep tracker on Apple Watch

@I am still oxox   I'm in deep sleep a very small amount of time at the beginning of the night, too.  I do feel that it's pretty accurate in showing the time that I fell asleep.  The sleep trackers have gotten better over the years.

I've wondered if you're in deep sleep for less time the older you get.  My housekeeper is about ten years younger than I am, and she says that she spends about the same amount of time in each stage of sleep.

Re: Sleep tracker on Apple Watch

I own a Fitbit Versa tracker 4 and it has a sleep tracker and I agree that it's an estimation.  I feel a pretty good estimation but I take that into consideration when I look every day.  I also take some time to fall asleep..... hard to turn off the day!  Woman Indifferent

Re: Sleep tracker on Apple Watch

I have a Fitbit Versa 3 and never activated the night mode. I have no interest in finding out how I sleep.
