I bought a sleep number as an upgrade to our standard pillow top queen. My spouse and I have multiple medical problems and felt like this was an investment item. Anyway, after never fully adjusting to the system, we started to sleep in our guest bedroom on our old mattress. Behold, neither one of us had any more aches, not the case with the sleep number bed. We had really given the bed the chance, thought it would grow on us. Anyway, we can not return because we are past the return timeline. Spoke with QVC, spoke with Sleep number customer reps specifically assigned to QVC customers and they kept pointing their finger at the other party in terms of whose responsibility it was to address the customer service issue. In my desperation to have something resolved I actually decided to donate this over 2000 dollar bed to Goodwill and requested that they just refund my one easy payment. In other words, I would swallow 90% of the cost. Yep, they would not even work with me on that. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service, I expected something more.
