Does anyone who suffers from frequent sinus episodes find that walking during these episodes helps to eliminate or lessen symptoms such as headache, congestion and stuffiness or does it make these symptoms worse? I'm always looking for natural non-medicinal alternatives for sinus relief and since I love to walk, this would be a welcome "medicine" if it was beneficial. I also wonder about specific weather conditions, such as the temperature (too cold or too hot) wind and humidity. Obviously, high pollen days would not be a good idea. When I am hurting, all I want to do is lie down but it would be interesting to find out that the alternative (moving around and getting some exercise) would offer a better fix with a quicker recovery period. Thanks!
