Chiropractor. Xrays, put a name to your condition. I would be a mess w/o mine. JMHO

Bend your knees to move in bed, lay on your back, pillow under the knees. If on your side, pillow between legs. No stomach laying. No crossing your legs when you set.

Do the ab exercises to strengthen your abs the doctor gave you. Keep your back straight. Don't bend forward at your waist.

This is what my chiro wrote down that I have. Spondylolisthesis and vertebral subluxation complex. But he's helped me a lot!!! So have the Ibprofen. But I use that for the arthritis I have in hands.
