Welcome to the month of

/></p> <p><span style=/></span></span></span></p> <p><span style=Here we are again beginning a new month. Summer as much as we awaited it has now come and gone and we approach Fall with new beginnings, new goals, and positive attitudes, right?

It has been a hot one hasn't it? Me for one are anxious for fall leaves, scents of cinnamon, apples, pumpkin spice and the relaxation that comes with the crunching of leaves underneath my feet as I walk through the woods here by my house.


I am so happy to be able to still keep our thread alive after so many years, have met so many people, and always welcome new friends to visit or just stop in and say hi. We will always motiviate and encourage and just chat over coffee or whatever beverage you choose (insert wink) to become a better "me" to improve on our fitness skills, to just take that 1 step towards becoming a healthier me and it all begins with the commitment you make between yourself and the goals you have set for yourself.

Here's hoping the month of September brings you 1 step closer to your goals!
