@maisiebrook I have the Chilling Home pregnancy pillow from Amazon. It was extremely helpful when I hurt my back and large enough that it stays in place with whatever configuration you want. It is not cooling, despite its name. It's just a soft, U shaped pillow to help align you. I hope you feel better.

Pigeon Pose is also a good stretch. Extra points for being able to go all the way to the mat.
