Lessman has a new product to help with relaxation and sleep.  60 tabs for $15.90 compared to $49.00 for 30 CBD caps. (different brand)  I might give them a try. CBD caps work for me but they are so pricey.

@bargainsgirl  Lessman's Saffron is for positive mood and emotional balance. It also ENHANCES sleep quality. If you are looking for an actual sleep aid by Lessman, my husband takes the Night Time with great success. He has trouble sleeping most nights and every time he takes these he falls asleep within about an hour of taking and sleeps a good 7-8 hours.

I have no need for them as I am out like a light but he has taken them for a few years now. I do take the Saffron in the mornings with my other vitamins. If you are looking to relax and/or sleep, I can't say they work that way. I never feel sleepy or extra relaxed after taking Saffron.

THanks.  I take CBD as needed to relax and it works.  Does not make me sleepy.  But it is expensive. I was thinking the Saffron would do the same. I realize things work differently for each person.

@bargainsgirl I agree. Depends on the person. I forgot to mention, I did try the Night Time's and yes, I slept but had the strangest dreams. My husband seems fine.

I always take all my vitamins in the AM but I may try the Saffron only at night. Just to see how it works, not that I really need a sleep aid.

I suspect CBD will have a more noticeable effect on anxiety reduction than saffron.

Re: Saffron or CBD

Given how expensive saffron is and time and energy intensive it is to harvest, I can't see how his supplement could have anything more than a minute amount that would be good only for coloring. Although CBD might be costly, it is nothing compared to an equal measure of saffron.

I take the CBD oil to help me sleep. It works but is expensive.

Re: Saffron or CBD

I started taking CBD/CBG elixir but since I'm hypothryoid it was competing with my NP Thyroid so I had to stop. I felt like I was taking too much medication so was having problems sleeping. I slept like a baby when I first started taking the cbd. It made me feel calmer plus my anxiety went out the door.

Since they made NDT a Biologic with changes starting in 2032 the price will skyrocket so I won't be taking it.

Since CBD is trying to compete with my thyroid medication I want to try it so I don't have to take the medication or go back to the doctor unless I want or need to. If I try the CBD route I'm sure I will be on my own. I will have to order my own tests to keep tabs on what's happening.
