SCIATICA PAIN

OMG...this pain is so bad! I am seeing an acupuncturist for the first time this week. Hopefully I'll get some relief. I am trying to avoid taking more medication. It hurts to sit...walk...can't sleep at night. Feels like I have a big knot in the back of my leg! Have any of you ladies ever gone to an acupuncture Dr.?
