SAF SLIM Re-Body drink. Does it work?

[ Edited ]

Hello,

I recently lost 50 pounds through diet.   But now I'm gaining the weight back.  My Dr. said I'm morbidly obese, and must loose 100 pounds.

Will this SAF SLIM Re-body drink get rid of my muffin top waist and my hanging belly fat?

Did it help you?

Would you recommend this product?

Thank you.

No that won't be a magic bullet but the best you can do is eat low fat,sugar and salt...those three triggers cause people to eat more.you should try to eat mostly plaincooked or raw veggies and some protein.No diet or artificial sodas or packaged food.You also need to get a little exercise each day...a walk that starts small and work up to two 30 minute walks each day.When you feel stronger start adding a light weight training workout or join a gym...most gyms are really helpful and can get you started on an exercise routine...I live my gym.I am 62 and go five days a week.I have met many friends there.I go early and I find most people are my age group.

@EatWell I tried this product a few years ago and, no, it did not work at all.  I had absolutely no results from it.  I sent it back at the end of the 30 days for a refund.  HTH 😊

Best of luck to you on your continued weight loss journey.  😊

@dex

Thank you for the advice.  I won't go to the gym because of my body image.

@EatWell I wondered the same thing because it can't be a moneymaker if all the dissatisfied people are returning the product and are not repurchasing. 🤔

@EatWell Please don't let that stop you...you will not feel bad as there are many people with stuff that needs working on.I have seen people in wheelchairs,on breathing machines and after strokes.Trust me people are more supportive of those who need help than those rare few with the beautiful bodies.Go to the gyms in your area at the time of day you would workout and see who is there.If you get a good feeling then that is the place for you.We celebrate any transformations at my gym.We all cheered when the man who had a stroke was able to get strong enough to golf again.He told us that he was going to upset the young guys on the course as he would walk it rather than ride the golf cart.Gym people support each other on whatever road you are traveling to attain your goals.
