On most recent checkup, I found out I  need a shoulder replacement!  I am taking steroid shots until July surgery.  Will require overnight hospital stay and then of course PT.  Doctor said shoulder replacement is less painful than rotator cuff surgery, sling for 3 weeks instead of 6.  Have too many upcoming summer events so putting off surgery til July.  Steroid shots last 2 months so I suffer the third until I can get another.
