Don't fall into this trap ladies..... if you listen closely you'll hear it besides you'll hear Naomi tell you that its "the exercise and the caloric intake" that matters. The extra boost of energy etc. will come from your food, water and exercise.

Do what the before and afters did to "really" lose the weight and that is "walk 30 minutes a day 5 days a week with a caloric intake of 2,000 calories(eating more sensibly)

Hmmmm $49.98 plus s/h of 5.72 plus 4.00.....hmmmm almost $60.00 NOPE! Waste of time and money.

Think about it ...... it doesn't make any sense besides Dr. Naomi is scripted and weird.

It's all about the calorie intake and exercise. They'd lose weight on a placebo pill exercising and limiting calories. This lady is full of it.

This is a scam designed to separate unsuspecting people from their money. Sadly the Q has come a long way from the days of Dr Taub and the original Nature's Code. There is no credibility anymore and this product makes them a laughingstock. Andrew Lessman will have a field day with this. I am embarrassed for the hosts that have to present this snake oil.

Shame on you Q

Tomorrow I'm starting Lean Cuisine twice a day with a Kind bar in the afternoon and a cup of popcorn at night. I can't really exercise because of my limitations, but I can push away from the table.

I'd not waste my money! These women who are calling in are losing weight because they are walking at least 30 minutes a day and cutting calories. This supplement is not the reason for their weight loss!

I agree.... IF YOU CUT CALORIES, and exercise you WILL

lose weight.... If you drink "Ceylon" tea it will speed up the

weight loss.... YOU CAN find Ceylon tea at any grocery or

Health Food Store....

The before/after photos are intriguing, but when I read the fine print and saw that the AFTER photo is what she looks like after taking the product AND walking 30 minutes/day for 5 days each week AND limiting her calorie intake to 2000, it makes me think she probably could've gotten similar results without the product. It could be the exercise and lowering the daily calories that created the AFTER look.

I'd like to see an AFTER photo that features someone who just used the product without making those other changes.

They just showed this product again on Anything Goes.

The walking and calorie restriction is likely the real cause of the weight loss, not these supplements.

If a 170 pound person walks 1.5 miles in 30 minutes 5 times a week they can burn 765 calories with that alone. Bump that to 2 miles in 30 minutes and you can burn over 1000 calories in those 5 days. A 2000 calorie diet will very likely be much lower than a person's "normal" diet, so that will also offer a calorie decrease.

I don't use this product (or any other weightloss product) but I did read the study. It is published and peer-reviewed and showed that participants loss more inches from waist, hips, and thighs than those on a placebo with the same calorie and exercise requirements. Green tea, cayenne, and caffiene have similar metabolic effects. It's not a scam, just not of use to me.

I personally wouldn't buy any supplement to "help" lose weight because I don't want to take a pill for the rest of my life--simple clean eating and exercise is enough.
