Hi all .... I'm sure some of you saw this title and thought, "oh no, another loon." But, I did order a bottle of the ones Dr. Oz had on his show (ordered through e-bay MUCH cheaper) and started them yesterday.

This morning I had breakfast at my usual 6:30, took a capsule at 10 AM and I have not been hungry since (it's now 5:30 PM). I'm going to eat something when I finish this post because I know I must, but, I'm just wondering ..... is this the capsule? or my imagination? or just my emotional place right now?

I don't even have any desire for my "drug of choice" ..... chocolate.

Has anyone else here taken them and noticed this?
