After reading several posts about taking probiotics, I decided to try them to see if they would help my IBS.
I purchased the 15-35 from Vitacost (I think that was the website) and the bottle says to take 2 per day. However, it does not say if you should take them with a meal or on an empty stomach or if it doesn't matter, and it also doesn't say if you should take them in the morning, at night, or one in the morning and one at night.
So, please, those of you who do take probiotics, when and how many do you take at that time and with a meal or does it make any difference?
