Question please(Power chairs)

Hi,my mom is going to need a power chair soon(not a scooter)we were looking at a Hover ound but we were talking to a lady that said she didn't like hers and she said people have tipped over in a Hoveround.

We are so clueless about these chairs and the more we read the more confused we get.

Any advice would be appreciated.

The chair has to be on the smaller side because our apartment is small.
