I found out when I had a severe diverticulitis outbreak they couldn't do the surgery right away because of the inflammation.   I went to a nutritionist few months ago that has all these state of the art machines that measure this and that and she also mention it.  

 

I have made some changes to my diet and lifestyle to help reduce my inflammation, it's working I feel much better.
