I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
I have recently lost 65 lbs. I'm a WW Lifetime member.
Later this month I will turn 50 and in good health.
I really want to run to help keep my weight off. I did the couch to 5K program and was sucessful a couple months back.
I don't practice running every day on my treadmill. At least 3 times per week. Other days I like to workout with Leslie Sansone, etc.
Now, it's hard for me to run for 20 minutes let alone 30 or so. I never EVER mastered a 5K and it disappoints me, because that was a goal I had for myself turning 50.
I don't want to run fast, I want to run distance.
I don't know why this running thing has defeated me.
Thank you in advance,
Sunshineflower
