Question for Jersey Born

Hello Jersey Born,

I have been having problems finding a clinic or Dr. who knows of food sensitivity testing. I asked about an ALCAT test with the doctors (in MN) they told me they knew nothing of this testing. If you don't mind me asking, what method did they use to find answers for you. I am very thankful for any help with this question. TIA
