Hi. I started exercising on April 5th and have lost 62 pounds. I now run and do all kinds of things. But I've also developed knee pain. It's very isolated -- hurts only in the lower inside quadrant by my knee cap. It does not hurt to exercise. But it hurts to stand for more than a couple of minutes and when I do basic everyday things -- stairs, bend the knee, even lying on my back with my leg straight.

Any ideas what might help?

I know I need to call an orthopedist but I keep putting it off as I don't want to have to stop working out.
