Question about an Indium 111 WBC scan?

Tomorrow I am having an Indium 111 WBC scan. My white cell count is now 20,000. The hematologist believes my count is high --due to some type of inflammation in my body. He did genetic testing to see if there were any markers for leukemia. The genetic testing came back negative. In December, my count was 14,000. Three weeks later it was 21,000. Last week it was 20,000. Does anyone have any experience with this scan? Thank you for all replies!
