Dear Dr. James; (or dear QVC, please please, can you pass this on to the Doctor?)

VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION for the DOCTOR!!!, please, if you see this, please

please, could you please let me know your answer? MY email is below..

Except for the gel tabs of vit E or whichever is a gel tab...(those are fine)..

but OVERALL, for the hard tablets and the capsules....

Can your vitamins be blended in my vitamix; and/or the capsules be

taken apart, and the powder be poured out, taken in shakes or just directly

washed down w/ juice etc? Or...can I macerate the capsules / chew them slightly,

into smaller chunks before swallowing? (and again, can the CAPSULES BE opened and

the powder be taken directly).

I need to know this, BEFORE I order your system. This questilon is for ALL your vitamins....

except for the small simpe rounds...such as the vitamin E, or beta Car..etc. Little gel tabs are ok.

All others, I need to know..........if I can macerate them and take the capsules apart and take the insides out, etc...

PLEASE please.....I'd like to get your system......for it's simplicity.

I've order LOADS of the Lessman stuff...and never used it......and it cost me TONS, so

it turned out to be a big waste. And I should have ASKED this Q before as well. I learned that "iron" shouldn't be taken out of the capsules and the powder poured in my mouth, NOR the Lessman Vit. B capsules...same things...these leave a BLACK staning all over my teeth etc. So, I got PUT off..the Lessman stuff...and they are sitting here, TONS of wasted money.

But yours don't look so ominous, and the packet seems pretty straight forward.

But they are mostly hard tablets I notice. So.....basically, CAN I BLEND THEM UP,

and pour out the capsule ones. THIS IS MY quetion to you.

Gel tabs...sometimes I snip the pod open and sqeeze out the gel inside...and swallow

with O.J.....but normally I can take the little gel tabs, no big deal.

I just DON'T like to take big HARD tablets and put them in my stomach, I CANNOT. So..

I've been studying and learning about and always trying to keep up with each indivdual bottle .......for years. I'm TIRED, done, sick of the piles of bottles of vitamins all over the place. PLEASE.......I'm hoping I can chew, or blend yours...and SIMPLIFY my life and START all over and start taking vitamins again........I really need to. I'm late 40s.

I know all the benefits and it seems you offer a pretty good array and you include some of the super vitamins; so it would be SO NICE, for a simple system, and to GET RID of the sea of messy bottles all over the place. I've stopped taking vitamins and feel horrible...no energy and yukky. So...I need to get back.....but I need LESS headaches in "keeping up a system". So........I hope you can answer this rather simple question...K?

If you can help me.......get back to me, somehow answer this, and tell me if it's OK to do this, I'd appreciate it.

My DDS friend warned me, (AFTER THE lessman black stainng event), that I should 'never" take apart vitamins or break them up. But I find that ........rather silly. But....I've learned

to be more cautious and now, I just NEED TO KNOW........is there ANY medical fear to macerating your vitamins in a fruit smoothie or taking them straight, after a couple chews to break them up so that I am swallowing "smaller" chunks?

I hope you can somehow let me know.....becuase your system looks easy and takes the

massive wall of bottles of pills I have all over the place ...........AWAY.

I want to DO AWAY with all the individual bottles. I'm TIRED of all of these. I've LEARNED

A GREAT deal about vitamins and pretty much feel I know most of every aspect of each supplement, but I DO need to know.........this one issue, from a medical standpoint...before I order yours...and throw out all the miscellaneous bottles ...which would be so nice. I'd love to have a SIMPLE packet as yours......to do and be DONE with the thinking and PILES of bottles everywhere.....
