Hi Everyone -
Hoping you might have some insight. Do you know what the proper procedure is when contacting a doctor for a rather quick question? I've some undiagnosed stomach issues and other symptoms. I was to the doctor for a follow-up a few months ago and nothing new was really discussed. Anyway, there was something I wanted to quickly ask and discuss with the doctor. I would think it would be a 5 minute conversation, if that. Do I need to make an appointment to go in and talk to the doctor or can I call and ask him over the phone? I don't want the doctor to get upset with me and feel like he is working for 'free.' Does anyone know the proper 'etiquette' in this situation? Thanks for the help. Be well.
