Doctor said to take probiotics to boost the immune system. Does anyone know what brand is best?

Just curious - did he tell you what strength to buy?  There is such variety from low billions to 50 billion to ones labeled for seniors etc.  Again, just curious.

I take Trubiotics and been pleased with it so far but it is a little expensive for one month supply.
