I take a probiotic from Trader Joe's.

I also drink sparkling probiotics.
I also eat yogurt most days.

I take probiotics by eating yogurt regularly. When I travel, i bring yogurt with me & eat it every morning. Helps significantly with tummy upsets I used to get when traveling & eating at restraunts all the time.

I have diverticulitis and had severe outbreaks this past year. I  had to have surgery there was no other way for my survival, I was in and out of the hospital too. I take my Andrew Lessman probotics faithfully too, just ordered another large bottle so that I don't run out, plus HSN had free shipping.

I have been taking Andrew's Ultimate Friendly Flora for years. I also take his digestive enzymes.

My gastro dr. recommended Floristor.  I have been taking this 2 x a day for years.  I have a ton of stomach issues.  This stuff is not cheap but seems to help.

I take a probiotic daily, but I've changed when I take it.  Some are specifically recommended with food or on an empty stomach.  The kind I take say either is OK. I take mine at bedtime with my magnesium supplement.

DH has tried a few times but ends up with "plumbing" troubles so he refuses to try them again.

I had been on prescription meds for years with over acid stomach.  I started taking

probiotics along with Collagen protein and have stopped my prescribed Pepcid.  I have been on prescribed meds for this since I was a very young woman in my 20's and this is the first time I have ever been able to go off of it. I am now 74 so I think, for me, this is somewhat of a miracle!!!
