Supplements for arthritis

Can anyone recommend for knee pain.  Have used Lessman but they didnt do anything.  TIA

@Mom in NYI just noticed the title of your thread changed from *Probiotics* to *Supplements for arthritis*.

 

You'll get better responses if you just start a new thread.  The people replying to this one will only answer the probiotics question.  And I will say the probiotics topic was a good one.
