Has anyone taken this med for a period of time and had any bad side effects?

Due to inflammation my dr put me on a med pack for 5-6 days. Several days after finishing the med the inflammation returned so I was referred to an ENT. The ENT put me on a 3 week prescription taking 4 for 3 days, 3 for 3 days...etc. After the 3rd day of 3 I was suicidal, angry and just totally out of control. Its been two weeks no after quiting cold turkey and mentally I am just starting to be myself again. Physically is another story.

How long will this take to get out of my system?

I am asking as I actually packed my car and drove 1200 miles by myself to "get away" and im not home yet so I can't ask my dr. Actually, im too PO'd to even call.
