Please viewers notice there is a weight limit on this machine.  I have watch nearly all day and no host has mentioned that.  FYI just in case you miss the written detailed information.

@Hoping for the best  ... they mentioned the weight limit last night at midnight .... I believe they said 220 lbs but, what concernes me is will all this intense jiggling of the body cause any internal damage to the organs inside the body?? .... I would be very concerned about this before I used it 🙃

I cant imagine it would damage any organs, but I don't get how it would get you into shape just standing or sitting on it. If you use the resistance bands it would help, or if you used it as a stair stepper. Jiggling I don't get it. If that was the case why can't you just stand and jiggle.
