This isn't news, but I have been making a simple but delicious recipe--mushroom, green pepper, and onion fajitas!  Just sautée in water and add a little S&P.  They reheat great and the mushrooms give them a lot of flavor. 😊

Loving the memes fellow plant eaters! just checkin in....

I'm still going strong eating plants....since 1/2018.  I've never felt better in my life!  I've lost weight.....run around 20 miles a week....which is pretty good for 53.  Hubby and son are 80 to 90% on board so that's great too!

@MickD  I feel the same way, I've never felt better or been healthier!  I'm glad to hear you like the memes, I have more!  I'm 5 years into plant based/vegan; vegetarian since 1995.
