Pityriasis Rosea

Anyone ever had this? I've had it for about a month, and it keeps getting worse! The doctor told me there is no treatment and it just has to run its course. He gave me have prescription steroid cream, but it doesn't really help. It's now all over my torso, back, arms and neck!
